Resonance Faculties quit and forms a new coaching - Reliable Intitute
On the early hours of 8th February it was seen on various local newspaper that many of Resonance faculties have quit and formed a new coaching institute called Reliable in the old Bansal Classes building.
Build-up to the breakout
Market sources reveal that Resonance has been having some financial struggles due an Investor backing out and also various unpaid loans and debts accumulated on Resonance Management. The management has been trying to raise funds from various Investors.
“Resonance, which is valued at Rs 1,100 crore, must repay about Rs 800 crore to KKR, said another person. KKR, through its non-banking financial business, offers mezzanine and bridge finance. “The controlling stake of more than 76% in the company is on offer,” the third person said.”

Problems Ahead
In the tug-of-war between Reliable and Resonance Management, the students are now at a cross-roads pretty unclear of what to do next. Students are deeply worried as the second JEE Mains exams is round the corner followed by JEE Advance in May.
A students says “This is the time of tests and validation of our overall performance and level of preparations, at this juncture all these confusions are causing a major distractions in our mind. Teachers play a major role in our motivation and our performance in our exams. We are not sure how the new teachers shall be able.”
It is noticed that various student youtube channels have shot videos from inside Resonance and Reliable Coaching institutes of the Management level explanations of the various sequence of events firectly from RK. Verma Sir and other top faculties of Reliable.
This is not the first time.
This is not the first time it has happened. Earlier, Allen Career Institute HOD’s formed Nucleus Education. Last year Career Point faculty members formed Achiever, Sarvottam for Medical was formed by ex-Allen Medical HOD’s. All these updates happen overnight much like a bollywood drama. You will see Brand boards changing overnight and the next day all the teachers quit.

Students need to wait and watch for further updates on how this will pan out. Both the coaching management is re-assuring the students that their preparations shall not be effected at any cause and the management will put best efforts in resolving the issue at the earliest.
A parent Says, “The teachers needs to take more responsibility towards students, as their future is in the crossroads. We spend a lot of money towards our children, it is disheartening to see our children being left help-less by the teachers at the time of exams. The management should re-assure that students are not effected by this.
The new Reliable coaching has taken over old Bansal Classes in Kota. Only time can tell if the Reliable Coaching is able to produce results and compete with big names like Allen in the market. Allen claims to have close to 1lac students in Kota, while Resonance was the second best with claims of close to 35,000 students. Other coaching institute like Vibrant, Nucleus, Motion, etc have limited seats around 2-3ooo Students in Kota. With Reliable coming into picture, it is obvious that some students in Resonance shall move into Reliable Coaching. But, Will Reliable be able to sustain, do they have enough firing power. Let us wait and watch.
Students Should focus on their Self-Study and Test series and should not be worried about all these updates.

What about for moving class 12th student they can’t complete his course with self study only..whr should they move on..a very big confusing question in student’s mind
My brother too is in resonance . Rkv sir can bring good teachers again but it will take time as almost all the good teachers quitted . I think you should go where good teachers are there because it is teachers only which made the institute what it is now.
As you are moving to 12th class that means you must have completed your class11 over there with teachers who have left so go for them
Stay with Resonance….
They all are cheaters , they even dont bother about students future . We student had faith but now we are feeling like we are cheated by this people.
This is what happened nearly 10 years ago when 7 HOD’s of BANSAL CLASSES and many Faculty members left Bansal and formed a new coaching called VIBRANT ACADEMY.
The teachers who are started from resonance should be more responsible and they should have done this after april je mains. They are playing with the future of students. They have disreputed the profession of teaching. In true means they are not a teachers.Earning money is their only motive. Govt. should review this entire system of caloaching in Kota and should stop all these nonsense to spoil children’s future.

It’s unethical,but common practice in Kota coaching buisness.but let’s see can RKV sir and management of Resonance management will be able to sake future of their thousands of innocent students and be able to come out after this biggest revolt ?
It usually happens more frequently .Please note Vibrant faculty was once with Bansal’s when Bansal was giving the best results ..later Vibrant Performed better than Bansal’s but last 1-3 years Vibrant faculty Failed miserably to give better results than Resonance …and Now the Turn is here At Resonance worst sufferer are the Students ….on the other hand these corporates are growing wealthier….
Resonance is the best institute of Kota. And rkv sir is an ideal man for the coaching industry. No one can face him as a unreliable man. Bcz resonance hi reliable he. Resonance again grew up to height of genuineness. Resonance don’t show any result of others. Resonance produces results not copy them.
The students must just focus on their studies/exams. They must not worry about anything else. Resonance will bounce back.
Vibrant’s result has been much better than any Kota coaching in recent years (except for the last year) , both in terms of selection ratio and top ranks!!

I heard from reliable top faculties that they have their salary unpaid from about 2-3 months and always were given a new date to be paid. i have full faith in the teachers who taught me. And we are able to attend our classes in reliable without any further payment with same sheets DPP’s without any distractions and the Same speed.. We are also told not to see what’s happening around and focus on our studies which I m doing…..
I want to wish both the institutes all the best. But i also appreciate the reliable teachers as they all are talanted that they get job anywhere. It’s a big and strong step.
They are my teachers and i fully believe that they cannot do it for money. We cannot judge anyone if we donot know the whole matter. There must be any reason.
If you don’t know the exact reason, it’s better to be quiet. Don’t just predict as if you know everything.

Such type of massive shifting creates panic in students and it can be defined as mental violence towards students, which should be prevent by taking efficient steps, such type of people are making education a factory or business

Is resonance is reliable or reliable is reso???? A great confusion …. Heard that teachers were not getting their pay for last 3-4 months..Reliable coaching is consist of all best resonance faculty..Classes are also been started but literally get a lot of confusion..let see what to do next??
